Mustard Mash

2 medium potatoes per person
soya milk
nutritional yeast
vegan margarine

Peel the potatoes and cut into small chunks. Place in a pan of boiling water.  After ten minutes
put a knife into the potato. It should cut through easily and they will be cooked.
Drain off the water then mash the potatoes until smooth.
Add 2 tbss of soya milk, 1 tbs nutritional yeast and 1/8 tsp   english mustard. Mash throughly until all the ingredients are mixed together.
Serve with a light topping of salt and a knob of margarine.
