2 large mushrooms
1/4 large white onion
vegan bouillon powder
Make the pastry and roll out into a round shape.
To make the filling fry the onion (chopped finely) in heated vegetable oil. Once it is transparent add the finely chopped mushrooms. Let the mushrooms lose all their water then add the crushed garlic and some herbs.
Add some soya milk to the mixture and the bouillon powder and stir well Add some thickening granuals until the mixture is quite solid.
Then spoon the mixture into one half of the pastry and fold over. Seal the sides by pressing down and cover in soya milk with a brush. Then put on a baking tray in the oven at gas mark 6 for 20 minutes..
