1 oz vegan margarine
1 tsp mixed spic
Mix the mixed spice and flour together and then add the margarine. Mix with your hands until the consistancy is like breadcrumbs.
Slowly add the orange juice until it forms a dough. Roll out on a floured surface into a thin square with the sides long enough to be folded over once it is put into the dish.
Grease a square dish and put the pastry inside leaving the edges hanging over. Fill with mincemeat and then fold the extra pastry over the top.
Cook on gas mark 6 for 10-15 minutes. Once cool turn upside down and decorate with sultanas to look like a parcel.
