1 tin kidney beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 green pepper
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onion, mushrooms and pepper all chopped with the herbs and paprika. Cook for 10 minutes then add the kidney beans and tomatoes. Mix in the chilli powder and salt and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
Then fill up wraps with the mixture. You can also add some soya mayonnaise, soya cheese or avocado.
