Marzipan Eggs

100g ground almonds
100g white self-raising flour
100g vegan margarine
100g sugar
2 drops almond extract

Combine all of the ingredients to form a soft dough.   Form into egg shapes - I find this easier if the mixture is cool. try not to   over handle it as I found it went greasy. If you want speckled eggs sprinkle   with some cocoa powder. If you want coloured eggs mix with some drops of food   colouring.
