Macaroni and Vegetables in Cheese Sauce

Categories: Ingredients: macaroni carrots cauliflower cabbage soya cheese white sauce Method: Place the macaroni in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile take the vegetables (chopped) and steam for 5 minutes so they are still crunchy. Make the white sauce and then add grated soya cheese (the melting type is best) to make it thicker and creamier. Put the macaroni in a bowl with the vegetables on top and pour over the sauce.
