Iced Apple Tea

6 cinnamon apple herbal tea bags
1.5L (6 cups) cold water
1 green apple,   cored, halved, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly   sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
6 sprigs fresh lemon thyme
Ice cubes,   to serve
1 x 750ml btl sparkling apple juice

Place tea bags in a large bowl and pour over the cold water. Cover with plastic   wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Remove and discard tea bags.   Add apple, orange, lemon, lime and lemon thyme to the tea mixture. Cover and   chill for a further 30 minutes. Place the ice cubes in a large serving jug. Pour   over the tea mixture and top with apple juice. Serve immediately.

Notes    tips
You can prepare this recipe to the end of step 1 up to 1 1/2   hours ahead. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the fridge. Continue from step   2 up to 30 minutes ahead.
