Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients:
asparagus
mushrooms
carrots
red onoin
green pepper
sun dried tomato paste
worcestershire sauce
vegetable oil

Method:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok. Chop up the vegetables into small pieces. Add the onion and cook until it starts to soften. Then add the other vegetables a couple of minutes apart starting with the mushrooms then adding the carrots, pepper and lastly the asparagus for only a minute or two. The mix in the sun dried tomato paste and worcestershire sauce and serve.
