Almond Pastry Biscuits

Categories: Ingredients: 2 oz vegan margarine 4oz flour 1 teaspoon almond essence a sprinkling of sliced almonds Method: Blend the margarine with flour and almond essences and blend thoroughly. Add some water if it is a bit dry and form it into a dough. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out using a cookie cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet and gently press the sliced almonds on the top. Place in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
