Almond Biscuits

Ingredients:
50g (2 oz) soft vegetable margarine
25g (1 oz) caster sugar
75g (3 oz) plain flour
25g (1 oz) ground almonds

Method:
Blend the margarine with the sugar.
Stir in the flour and almonds to form a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut out shapes with a cutter.
Bake for about 8 minutes at 200C/400F until pale brown.
Cool on a cooling rack
